And then out of the blue, the love at first sight lady tries now to set up Charlie with a lady friend of hers. I guess that is one way to send a person you don't
want. Charlie spent a bit of time getting to know her, but it did not take too long to see that she was not a lady for Charlie. This lady had some pretty strong
opinions, no flirting would be allowed, some past loves that did not work out as they were alcholics and she hated cheaters. She was kind of a battered and bruised
in life kind of lady and Charlie just lets them be single and independent since he knows that nothing would go anywhere anyways. The other thing Charlie said is
that she had kids at home which adds to the complicated setup. It is better to just walk away and let it be. And what about the love at first sight lady that Charlie
really did like a lot? Well, they just continued to be friends with no expectations as Charlie had been told that he was barking up the wrong tree so he could only
respect her wishes and leave it at that.
