And then one day the phone rang with an unfamilar area code popping up. Charlie did not take the call and no message was left either. A few days later, Charlie's
twin brother, Dean from Florida called and told him that Betty would be calling him. Betty had moved from Pittsburgh to California and she did not have a boyfriend
according to Dean so she might be on the prowl to check out Charlie so Dean gave Charlie the heads up! Boy oh boy Charlie said to me as Betty goes way back to the
early days in Ohio where he lived for a time after he was born. Betty was the daughter of friends of his parents and was probably about 6 years older as well. He
finally did get to talk to her on the phone. It was an interesting conversation to see where each other was at. It looked like with the virus lingering around that
all communication would be done on the phone. Betty had some ties to the prior boyfriend that lingered on as well. Charlie was not sure if anything would really go
anywhere, but time would tell as time moved forward. There was a major distance issue and what would it be like to see each other in person after so many years have
passed by? Where do we go from here? Not really anywhere, but they do apparently talk on the phone every once in awhile.
